Location of VCS Simualator

Folks

I am just trying to find the exact location of where to download the VCS Simulator, as I have a rather complex config that I would like to test it on. I am using as my test evironment VRTSvcs-6.1.0.000-GA_RHEL5. and I have the java client on my desktop..

I have done a bit of searching but no joy?

Any help greatly appreciated..
