change IP address & create new file system in 2 node vcs cluster

I am newbie in veritas env. On coming weekend we have bunch of following activity, can u help me to prepare plan  on this tasks,

- need to change IP address of all NIC card (Cluster IP (bond0:1) & Physical IP (bond0 & bond1)).
- need to extend file system  /oracle/APR/datafile1 on vcs
- Storage team provide 200GB lun so we have to create new file system /oracle/APR/datafile3 & same file system add intadd o VCS.

It's a 2 node vcs cluster running on server & we have 8 hrs maintance window.

Kindly help me prepare POA for all 3 task.
